Although the spread of Covid in India is declining, recruitment from India will continue as the UK Resumes the recruitment ban from Indian nurses and healthcare professionals. The nurses are exempt from red-list hotel-managed quarantine; however, required to be quarantined at the accommodation arranged by the trust as India continued to be on the red list countries. The exemption only applies if you are working as a registered nurse for the NHS trust. You need be carrying a letter from the trust with all the detailed information in order to prove it at the airport. Eligibility does not extend to family or dependents. If nurses are bringing children or family, the family unit as a whole will need to quarantine in an approved hotel.
