NMC is considering modifying the language requirements for the overseas qualified nurses. The proposal’s to be discussed by the council for a final decision which will be beneficial for many overseas qualified nurses who are in the country but not yet registered due to tough language requirements.
The new proposals including an employer verifying the language skills of the employee.
